Six Easy Steps

  1. Register for the program through the form below before making your accommodations reservation.
  2. Earn up to $300 in American Express gift cards, $50 or $100 for each night of your stay, up to three nights.
  3. Submit your registration and print out the "You Play, We Pay" confirmation page. The confirmation page must be presented to redeem gift card offer.
  4. Upon check-in, pay your hotel bill and request a printed receipt.
  5. Present your hotel receipt and "You Play, We Pay" confirmation page to the appropriate visitor information center to claim your gift cards.

The American Express gift card program has returned for a short time with a limited number of gift cards. Please register immediately to come enjoy a wonderful vacation here on our beautiful coast.

Stay and play in the Pensacola Bay Area and we'll help pay the way! Register below, then book and stay at an area hotel or vacation property and get up to $300 in American Express gift cards. Hurry! This special offer is valid for travel between November 15 - February 29, 2012. Check out date by March 1, 2012.

Lodging rate* above $100 per night

$100 gift card per night, maximum of $300.

Lodging rate $25 to $99.99 per night

$50 gift card per night, maximum of $150.

Lodging rate below $24.99 per night

Gift Card redemption requirements

  • Participants must complete registration form from VisitPensacola.com.
  • Voucher applies to new reservations for a stay between Nov. 15, 2011 and Feb. 29, 2012 in Escambia County, Fla., excluding Perdido Key, Fla.
  • Must complete stay by March 1, 2012.
  • Gift card registration must predate reservation and arrival dates on lodging receipt.
  • Must have proof of hotel registration or deposit within promotion period.
  • Must have proof of paid stay/lodging receipt.
  • Picture ID required and must match name on lodging receipt.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to register.
  • Must book directly with hotel or lodging property.
    • Receipts from third-party online travel companies are not accepted and will disqualify gift card registration.
    • Lodging property rules and restrictions apply.
  • Cards must be picked up at the Visitor Information Center at 1401 E. Gregory St., in Pensacola for stays on the mainland and at the Visitor Information Center at 735 Pensacola Beach Blvd., on Pensacola Beach for stays on Pensacola Beach.
  • Gift cards will not be delivered until completion of payment.
  • Only one qualifying reservation per party. Multiple rooms do not qualify for additional cards.

Card Availability

  • Good while card inventory lasts.
  • Registration does not guarantee card availability.
  • Unclaimed card(s) will be forfeited by 5 p.m.* on the check-out date as indicated on the registration form.

Value

  • Good for purchases where American Express is accepted.
  • Up to $150 back in American Express gift cards per person on room rates between $25 and $99.99; up to $300 back in American Express gift cards per person on room rates $100 per night and above.
  • Not cash redeemable.
  • Lodging cost cannot be refunded after receipt of gift cards.

Chamber Rights

  • Visit Pensacola reserves the right to suspend or end the program at any time.
  • Visit Pensacola is not responsible for guest satisfaction at any property.
  • Visit Pensacola is not responsible for information technology glitches that interrupt registration.
  • Visit Pensacola is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
  • Disputes will be solved by arbitration.

Note: Visitor centers will be closed Nov. 24-25, 2011 for Thanksgiving; Dec. 24-25, 2011 for Christmas; and Jan. 1, 2012 for New Year’s Day. Please make your plans to pick up your cards accordingly.
