Sports Facilities & Venues

Ashton Brosnaham Park. This 103-acre regional park is perfect for a wide range of soccer and softball activities. Facilities include a covered pavilion, picnic area, 10 soccer fields and four softball fields. (850) 475-5220, www.myescambia.com.

Escambia County Equestrian Center. The 4,000-capacity arena on a 178-acre site in nearby Beulah isn’t just for horses. In addition to many equestrian events throughout the year, livestock shows, dog shows and other events entertain. (850) 941-6042, www.myescambia.com.

Roger Scott Tennis Complex. Grab your racquet and head to this city-operated complex,which features 18 lighted courts, a pro shop and lessons. 4601 Piedmont Dr., (850) 912-4103.

Exchange Park is a four-field softball complex that hosts both, slow-pitch and fast-pitch tournaments throughout the year. (850) 595-1044.
