Introducing the Cover Your Event (CYE) Insurance Policy, free from VISIT FLORIDA. This supplemental insurance is intended to cover costs related to re-booking a meeting that was displaced due to a named hurricane. Familiarization (FAM) Tour
It would be our pleasure to escort you on a facilities tour or take you to check out the many local attractions your group might be considering for an upcoming event.
Spouse and Youth Activities
Your guests will feel right at home while you take care of business. Whether they want to snooze by the pool, walk on the beach, or visit historical attractions, we can help set up an itinerary to please everyone. From shopping to bingo, fashion shows to museums, nature trips to beach volleyball, just let us know their heart's desire, and we can arrange it.
Promotional Materials
The Pensacola Bay Area Convention and Visitors Bureau guide provides information on area restaurants, attractions, nature, heritage, golf, sports, shopping and nightlife, to name a few, and will be supplied to you for on-site distribution.
Slides and Videos
Upon request, we will send you a photo CD-ROM containing images of our area you can utilize in producing your own materials and if you wish, we"ll also send you an area videotape to show your attendees before the trip.
Registration Assistance
We'll be glad to set up your registration here at the Pensacola Bay Area Convention and Visitors Bureau Center by the bay. Not only can your guests register, but they can browse our various sources of city information and, free of charge, email friends and family to say "Wish you were here!” Our poised and knowledgeable staff can assist you with information on Pensacola, our calendar of events and activities, and even create name badges or provide luggage tags.
Attendance-Building
Also available to your meeting are special promotional and attendance-building materials to assist you in promoting Pensacola as your meeting destination.
Publicity
If you would like to publicize your group in our community, we can assist you with suggestions and a list of media contacts to create the recognition you desire.
Liaison with Public Officials
We will be pleased to contact public officials or civic organizations to help secure letters of invitation and will be glad to coordinate welcomes for convention opening ceremonies. And, our own Director of Tourism for Pensacola is often available to speak at your opening event.
Planning Assistance
When you need assistance in finding everything you might need such as signage, banners, audio visual equipment rental, catering, a step-on tour guide, or even a florist, call us and we"re more than glad to help.
