With 20 years of experience cooking in the finest restaurants, our chef is excited to present their vision to you and all our guests. He’s well known internationally serving Switzerland, Austria and Germany. Recent projects in the US include News Cafe and Bar Crudo in Miami. We’re honored to have him a part of our team and we hope you enjoy his cuisine.
