The primary convention venue, the Pensacola Bay Center, is where ticketing, celebrity autographs and photo ops, and the vendor floor will be located.
Other official venues include the Pensacola Grand Hotel (across the street from the Bay Center), the Saenger Theatre, the Rex Theatre, and the Pensacola Little Theatre, among others. New to this year is Voices of Pensacola, UWF Historic Trust Bowden Building, and Museum Plaza Stage.
Most official events and activities will take place from 1-8pm (on Friday) and 10am-6pm (on Saturday and Sunday). See the Venues page for specific venue hours and other details, and make sure you have the official Pensacon app on your smartphone during the convention.
Ticketing & Pass Pick-Up
For those who have already purchased tickets for the original February dates, your tickets are already rolled over to the new dates, and you need do nothing further. For those who are unable to attend in May, your unused tickets will be rolled over to Pensacon 2022, which is expected to return to the convention’s usual February time frame.
Those who still need tickets can get them at pensacon.com. Weekend passes, which include admission for all three days of the the convention, are $80. Single-day tickets are available at a cost of $35 for Friday, May 21; $45 for Saturday, May 22; and $40 for Sunday, May 23. VIP Experience weekend passes are $155, and include early admission to the Pensacola Bay Center, preferred seating at panel venues, front-of-line privileges for celebrity autographs and photo ops, and exclusive T-shirt, space-available parking and other perks. Additional taxes and fees apply to all tickets.
What to Bring

Lots of cash! Not all vendors and celebrity guests accept credit cards, so plan to bring plenty of cash. Also, the parking lots outside the Bay Center that charge to park accept cash only. The ATMs inside the Bay Center are also susceptible to running out of cash throughout the weekend.
No outside food or drinks will be allowed inside the Bay Center. Food vendors will be located at the Pensacola Bay Center’s front entrance, and plenty of area restaurants will have special fandom-themed menus and drink specials throughout the weekend.
Celebrity Schedule

Unless noted, celebrity guests will be at their tables, available to meet fans, take photographs, autographs, etc. all three days. Autograph and photograph prices vary by celebrity. (We will make special announcements for those guests who will not be with us all three days, and any changes or cancellations will be posted on the Cancellations page.)
The celebrity guests will be located on the 2nd floor of the Pensacola Bay Center. The 2nd floor is accessible by the interior and exterior stairways.

Parking & Trolley
The front parking lot at the Bay Center is reserved for our VIP attendees, and the back parking lot is reserved for vendors, volunteers, and media.
The surrounding parking lots and the lots throughout the city will be charging $10 to park. Re-entry is not included.
Trolley service throughout Downtown Pensacola is free for all badge holders. Trolley stops will be announced closer to the dates of the convention.

About Pensacon
Pensacon is an all-inclusive pop culture convention for the fan community, spanning the genres of comics, anime, science fiction, horror, gaming, and fantasy. The eighth annual convention is scheduled for May 21-23, 2021 in downtown Pensacola, with venues to include the Pensacola Bay Center, Rex Theatre, Pensacola Little Theatre and several facilities of the University of West Florida Historic Trust.
