New to yoga? Or looking to deepen your connection with your movement? In Functional Chair Yoga Foundations we have fun exploring primary postures with the use of a variety of props. The chair being our main prop in this foundational class allows us to feel supported while we play around with attaining the full expression of that pose. We discover what it feels like to be fully activated, open and present. At its core, Yoga is designed to connect the body, mind and soul as one.
