5:30PM Barre Essentials
Barre Essentials teaches the fundamentals needed to be successful in all of our barre formats. This class is suited for students at any level of fitness. This workout is ideal if you are new to Barre, if you wish to deepen your practice or need to modify due to recent injury, strain or pregnancy. Students will learn all of our exercises and practice the alignment principles while still receiving an amazing, full body workout.
Mat + Props provided, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
