This 60-minute slow vinyasa styled class is designed to relax the body and mind with gentle movement and intentional breath work. Relax Slow Flow will offer a variety of simple stretches, breath to movement flows and meditations that will provide you the tools for relaxation. This is a class for all yogis (beginners to advanced) and we encourage you to invite a friend as we all can benefit from slowing down a bit. We are excited to move & relax with you!
