Celebrate Father's Day Brunch at Atlas Oyster House
Atlas Oyster House will be open for brunch service on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 11:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
We will be serving from our standard brunch menu, which features a selection of starters, sushi, oysters, entrées, seafood and sandwiches as well as our Crab Monte Cristo, Biscuit Charcuterie Board, Crustless Quiche, Grillades & Grits and our Crispy Chicken Biscuit Benedict.
In addition, to our full brunch menu, Chef Jason Hughes will be offering a special feature to celebrate the occasion: steak and eggs benedict featuring grilled Angus filet mignon, sautéed asparagus, roasted exotic mushrooms, and caramelized shallots on a house-made garlic-cheddar biscuit, served with crispy O’Brien-style breakfast potatoes and topped with creole choron.
The Atlas Oyster House–located just steps away from its sister restaurant, The Fish House, on beautiful Pensacola Bay–offers an elevated waterfront dining experience.
