Join us for an exclusive Girlan Wine Dinner at 86 Forks on Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025, at 6:30 PM.
We will be featuring five phenomenal seafood-inspired courses crafted by Head Chef Carl. Each course has been masterfully paired with critically acclaimed wines from Girlan Winery, a renowned producer in Alto Adige, celebrated for creating Italy's finest Pinot Noir.
We're passionate about supporting our local community! This special wine dinner proudly features ingredients sourced from some of our favorite Pensacola spots, including Joe Patti's Seafood, Bailey's Produce & Nursery, First City Bee Company, Craft Bakery, and Bien Dong Asian Market.
COURSE ONE
BROWN BUTTER SCALLOPS
Seared golden scallops, creamy parmesan polenta, pickled red cabbage, and a nutty brown butter drizzle.
Paired with Girlan Pinot Grigio
COURSE TWO
DECONSTRUCTED SHRIMP TEMPURA ROLL
Cilantro lime sticky rice, tempura-fried shrimp, avocado, cucumber, nori, eel sauce, and sriracha aioli.
Paired with Girlan Sauvignon Blanc

CRAWFISH BISQUE
Sweet, tender crawfish simmered in aromatic spices, finished with a touch of cream.
Paired with Girlan Chardonnay

MISO GLAZED SALMON
Sweet pea purée, honey-glazed tri-color baby carrots, and pickled radishes.
Paired with Girlan Pinot Noir

Honey bourbon simple syrup with pistachio gelato.
