Join local Brew-Ma'am, Amanda Webb of Wild Kombucha and Sommelier-turned-Chef, Ian Whitcomb for a one-of-a-kind four course dinner. With a reception beginning at 5 and dinner served at 6, mingle with fellow foodies as we discuss the history of the beautiful elixir known as Kombucha.
Meet Amanda Webb and hear her story of creating this local favorite label and enjoy a full meal of dishes matched with precision that only a Sommelier can offer. Ian will be roaming to chat about pairing techniques that go beyond the traditional rules and Stacy Whitcomb and the rest of the Sage In Bloom crew will be on hand to make sure your experience is warm and inviting!
