Seafood Rodeo - Garden & Gun
Together with Visit Pensacola, Garden & Gun hosts a fishing excursion and seafood dinner. Fishing participants embark on a half-day offshore charter alongside three outstanding chefs—Darian Hernandez of Brother Fox, Alex McPhail of Restaurant IRON, and George Lazi of George Bistro and Bar—who will educate the group on the local bounty of the Gulf of Mexico.
The day culminates at downtown Pensacola’s newest lodging house, Lily Hall, for a seafood dinner where creative Florida cocktails and gulf-to-table fare featuring the catch of the day will be prepared by the three chefs.
