This training is for both personal growth into real and lasting change in our energy, our emotions and our body, freeing it of the past, of the habits of stress, acute trauma and of the biology that mimics these held experiences.
This is also a continuing education course with the capacity to offer this as an addition to your private sessions, coaching, counsel, therapies and consultations.
When we notice, address and heal our body of stress, trauma, limited beliefs, the past, compromised energy patterns and habits, we alter our chemistry and Neuro-health into a new state of being both energized and physically new.
This is good news for your body, as it means you have personal access to making real change from anxiety, anger, triggered fears, and compromised health with your own exploration of metacognition and personal freedom.
This is an accessible training that is self guiding your full embodiment with available tools into being fully present to both the body and the mind without having to always talk through the story or fully visit the past that may reside within this present body.
Somatic Awareness is a full body scan and form of self hypnosis done lying down, self guided, energizing yourself with meditative techniques for healing and changing the body.
When the body is asleep and the mind is awake, we are in a suggestible state, known as Theta activation.
It is an important state to train the mind to access if you wish to create something new.
With trauma sensitivity, we gain access to a full body trauma/sickness/stress awareness and/or release of the nervous system for biological healing so that our thoughts no longer linger nor make us sick.

6 sessions of inner biological & neurological focus on energizing the body into harmony, with focused, lying down, deeply guided meditations.
This course is an active form of lying down somatic meditation for decelerating the body from stress & elevating all of the systems of the body, with special focus on the nervous system’s empowerment , embodiment and education.
Focusing on the body is a form of meditation. Where we place our focus gets all of our energy.
Learn to self regulate the minds operating system, to activate the Theta state, to tune into the nervous systems state of health, and to embody something new for the sake of the health of your body.
