Event is FREE, in hopes that you bring a DONATION to our Turtle Jar for the Sea Turtle Conservation Program, which assists our Turtle Ambassadors to further their cause of safety, rescue and education of Pensacola Beach.

Location:
This location is 5.65 miles from the Pier, 2 miles East of Portofino, 1 mile east of Dog Park EAST (there are 2 dog parks) and 100 yards past Parking Lot East on Jay Earle Baden Way.
It is across the street from the Stop 21 Pensacola Beach Florida Eco trail, which is on the sound side. We are on the Gulf side.
It is 3 miles West of Opal Beach.
You will see a large feather flag on the side of the road that says “Swan Michelle Sound Bath” next to a black Rav4

***There are pubic restrooms and a port-a-potty at Parking Lot East, 100 yards away.
****This is for all diverse able bodies. If you need assistance walking in the sand to the location, which is close to the road, call our onsite mamager.
What to bring:
Sound Vibes Part 1: 6pm-6:45pm Anything that keeps you feeling cozy in the sand. Blankets, sleeping bags, beach chairs, towels, meditation cushion, pillows, bolsters. There is no yoga asana that takes place. No props are brought to this public event. Wear comfortable clothing, or a bathing suite.
For this portion, you may simply lie down, or sit in your beach chair, receive, contemplate and listen.
Drum Circle Part 2: 7pm-8:30pm Drum, rattle, instrument, singing voice, harmonium, dancing mood, singing , chilling, listening, playing, swimming, having FUN
