Sourdough Class

Join us for a hands-on Beginner Sourdough Workshop where you’ll learn the fundamentals of making beautiful, naturally leavened bread at home. This class is designed for beginners or anyone who has been curious about sourdough but isn’t sure where to start.

During the class, we’ll walk through the entire sourdough process—from understanding your starter to mixing, folding, shaping, and baking. You’ll learn the techniques that make sourdough both approachable and enjoyable, along with tips for fitting bread baking into a busy daily routine.

Each participant will leave with their own active sourdough starter, a dough ready to bake at home, sourdough tools, and a simple step-by-step guide so you can confidently recreate the process in your own kitchen.

Whether you’re hoping to bake your first loaf or refine your technique, this workshop will give you the knowledge and confidence to begin your sourdough journey.
