The Ultimate Charcuterie
Join us on September 29 at 6 PM Warrior beer Company for “The ULTIMATE Charcuterie” dining experience. This unique event will feature meats and cheese smoked over an open fire along with a variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables and delectable desserts. Witness the main event as a whole pig is cooked on a spit and a whole fresh catch is prepared on a plank over hot embers, join us in supporting “Culinary ART for change” as we raise funds to provide free culinary classes, workshops and events for youth, veterans and nonprofits in our community. This dining experience promises to be unlike any other, and surely put the basic charcuterie to a whole other level. So come prepared for a feast and be a part of our mission by supporting this dinner fundraiser series.
