Tim Carn

Tim Carn is a hospitality professional with over 12 years in the industry and currently overseeing operations for Southern Vacation Rentals; spanning from Gulf Shores AL to Panama City Beach FL.  Born and raised in Michigan and graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Hospitality Business is where is love for people started.  Upon graduation, Tim spent some time in Downton Chicago with Kimpton Hotels. Once the weather started to turn, Tim found is way to Pensacola Beach FL and has never left since (no snow!).  The small town, big beach and welcoming local culture was all Tim needed to make Pensacola home.  He met his wife locally and has three beautiful children that love the beaches just as much.  During down time, Tim and his family enjoy camping and exploring the surrounding areas.  Tim has a passion to serve others and aims to exceed guest expectations in hopes to make life lasting memories for all.
