Visit Pensacola regularly promotes partner special offers and incentives connected to upcoming events, tournaments, seasonal campaigns, and key industry outreach efforts.
These opportunities allow us to highlight Pensacola at travel shows, meeting-planner conferences, and during travel-trade engagements with travel agents.
Below are our current deal needs. If your business can provide a special offer or incentive, please submit it so we can feature it in upcoming promotions and share it with planners, travel professionals, and potential visitors.

Warrington Youth Sports Basketball Series
Each tournament is expected to bring 25–30 out-of-town teams. Approximately 350 visitors per event. Room type: primarily doubles. Venues: Legion Field, Cobb Center, Brownsville Community Center, Salvation Army. (March 14–15 – March Madness by the Beaches April 11–12 – Battle on the Coastline Basketball Tournament April 18–19 – King of the Courts May 02–03 – Battle of Courts Hoop Fest May 23–24 – Memorial Day Classic June 06–07 – Battle of the South Summer Jam July 10–12 – Battle Four Courts National Championships)

BASE- White Sands World Series
Week-long baseball event with strong family travel and extended stays.

How Partner Deals Are Used
These incentives support meeting planners and travel professionals as they consider Pensacola for future meetings, events, and group travel.
For Travel & Adventure Shows, we are seeking consumer-friendly travel deals that can be unlocked via a QR code and used as visitors consider Pensacola for their next family vacation, group getaway, or leisure trip. These offers may also be shared with attending travel operators to support trip planning and bookings.

Lodging Partners
We are seeking meeting-planner-focused incentives such as future group rate incentives, added concessions (upgrades, attrition flexibility), welcome amenities, booking incentives or buyouts (for boutique hotels) that support meetings, conferences, and group travel.
Restaurants Partners
Restaurants may submit group-friendly dining incentives including hosted tastings, dining credits, prix-fixe group menus, buyouts, or welcome receptions designed for meeting planners and incentive planners.
Attractions & Experiences Partners
Attractions may submit group experience incentives such as complimentary or discounted admissions, hosted experiences, VIP access, or group add-ons that help planners envision unique off-site activities for their programs.
