Meeting Free to Attend, RSVP by Oct. 24

Pensacola, Fla. - Visit Pensacola is set to host its annual meeting at Pensacola Blue Wahoos Stadium on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2020, at 4 p.m. The annual meeting marks the beginning of a new fiscal year for the organization. The event is open to the public. Community members, stakeholders, and partners are encouraged to attend.

“Our board felt that it was important in a year of virtual happenings to connect safely in an outdoor space,” President and CEO Darien Schaefer said. “We hope you’ll join us as we honor the resiliency of the hospitality and tourism industry and then share our plans for 2021.”

This year’s programming will follow a new format to allow for social distancing to adhere to CDC guidelines. Gates will open at 3:15 p.m. There will be an open bar from 3:15-4 p.m. with light hors d’ourves. The program will begin at 4 p.m. Masks and sanitizing stations will be available.
