As a full-service destination sales team, we are prepared to welcome and serve groups in a variety of ways. This past month, we assisted the Louisiana Motor Transport Association staff with registration at their 78th Annual LMTA Convention that was held at the Hilton Pensacola Beach.

Our team helped setup up the registration and sales area, sell tickets, answered questions, and provided Visit Pensacola guides and swag.

August 23-25, Visit Pensacola will be attending Connect Specialty Meetings Conference in Salt Lake City, joined by the Holiday Inn Resort and Hilton Pensacola Beach. Leads and RFP’s obtained during the conference will be shared with Tourism Partners.

Connect Travel Marketplace combines the right timing for product development, a unique format that creates an efficient and effective environment to expedite the sales process and close business and a robust educational track to inspire and inform industry leaders in a rapidly evolving global market.


As kids begin a new school year, SkillsUSA directors and other key officials nationwide met in Pensacola for their Annual Professional Development and Training Conference at the Hilton Pensacola Beach. 82 attendees plus family members will take advantage of opportunities to enjoy Pensacola’s cuisine and attraction during their hosted evening events.

Pensacola Nominated for Tall Ships America Port of the Year!

Each year at the Annual Conference of Sail Training and Tall Ships in February, Tall Ships America honors a select group of sail trainers and supporters who have been recognized by their peers and fellow sail trainers for their outstanding contributions to the world of sail Training.

Following a successful inaugural festival, Pensacola has been nominated for the Tall Ships Port of the Year Award. Tall Ships Pensacola was the first Tall Ships Festival of its kind. One of three ports in the Tall Ships America Gulf Coast series, the event drew over 25,000 spectators over three days of festival and event activities. Port of the Year Award factors include community support, economic impact and marketing.
