United Airlines to Begin new seasonal flights from Pensacola to Newark
On June 6, United Airlines will launch a seasonal direct flight from Pensacola to Newark. The airline will offer a daily flight departing Pensacola at 1:55 p.m. and arriving in New Jersey at 5:30 p.m. EST. To promote the upcoming flight, Visit Pensacola will be hosting an interactive media event in New York City to promote the Pensacola Experience. Media, stakeholders and others will be treated to a Pensacola Experience including the U.S. Navy Blue Angel virtual reality experience, flavors from local chefs, and a beach-like atmosphere to encourage travel to the Pensacola Bay Area.
Flora-Bama Serving it Up in Nashville
Visit Pensacola and the Flora-Bama Lounge, Package & Oyster Bar have partnered to present Flora-Bama on Broadway during this year’s CMA Festival in Nashville, Tenn. The Flora-Bama will have a pop-up bar inside of Whiskey Bent promoting the Pensacola Experience with Bushwackers and a Trip Giveaway to the Frank Brown International Songwriter’s Festival.
Visit Pensacola Heading to Canada
Visit Pensacola has been selected by Visit Florida to participate in a Canadian media mission spanning Toronto and Montreal. Canada is Florida’s number one international market. Visit Pensacola was one of six destinations to be selected out of a pool of 15. This mission will allow our destination to get in front of important media and influencers across the country.
Visit Pensacola Attends Annual Sawmill Day and Car Show in Century, Fla.
The Alger-Sullivan Historical Society celebrated 30 years at its annual Sawmill Day & Car Show in the historic district of Century, Florida. The free festival featured a wide variety of cars along the street, local musicians and talent at our stage. Take a look below.
