Visit Pensacola to Launch Updated Corporate Website and Facebook Page to Assist Partners and Stakeholders

On October 1, Visit Pensacola will launch a refreshed industry site and a corporate Facebook page to share industry updates, news and community happenings with our stakeholders, partners and the community. Connect Update

Visit Pensacola and SpringHill Suites Pensacola Beach attended Connect Marketplace in Louisville, Kentucky Aug. 25-29. Visit Pensacola secured a maxed-out appointment schedule and departed with three RFP’s, 17 leads, and four FAM requests.

Connect brings more than 6,000 planners and industry professionals together for the purpose of booking business. This massive event hosts five simultaneous appointment sessions for markets including sports, specialty, association, tour and corporate.  Delegates can only choose one market segment which is done during the registration process.


Showcase Update

The Trip Giveaway Promotion utilizing Facebook’s Trip Consideration feature to promote Pensacola to people in the “dream” stage of vacation planning is nearly complete. To date, the Dallas market has seen 12,118 conversions and reached 495,611 people. The drive market has seen 24,227 conversions and reached 720,568 people.

The series of six postcards sent over 14 days to select Atlanta zip codes is complete and was followed up with a digital component. We have seen an increase in web traffic from the area. 


Pensacola Press

Visit Pensacola in partnership with Visit Florida hosted Dash of Ting, a video personality and influencer. Visit Florida is currently shooting a state-wide campaign where influencers partner with destination “local voices” to show authentic experiences.
