  • Description  Standard Gratuity of 20% will be added to Final bill.  Private venues come with a 4 hour time block (ceremony site includes a separate 1 hour time block) Additional time may be added to each location for $500++ per additional hour.  A $500 NON-REFUNDABLE prepayment is due at the time of booking to hold a PRIVATE venue. (The gratuity and 5% reservation fee for the $500 prepayment will be added night of the event) All other payment is due in full the night of your scheduled event and must be paid by cash or any major credit card. (We do not accept any form of check)  A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to all parties choosing to cancel at least 3 days before the date of your event. (To cancel your event you must call Sarah-850-293-2237)  A 5% Reservation Fee will be added to the subtotal of the Final bill.  Please note that the “number of guests” listed above is a guaranteed number. If the number of guests in your party changes, please call (850) 293-2237 No later than 48 hours before your reservation date. If you do not meet your guaranteed number of guests, fail to finalize your head count, or cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the date of your function we reserve the right to charge you the amount of the menu chosen for all no-shows or $28 a person if the menu chosen is “off the menu”.  A completed copy of the 2nd page (Banquet Information Sheet) must be returned within 30 days of your event to confirm all details
