Visit Pensacola Mini Grants Now Available
Visit Pensacola’s event marketing mini grants are available for 2025. Annually, Visit Pensacola allocates funds from its budget to a grant program for local groups and organizations that coordinate events with a demonstrated history of visitor impact or the significant potential to draw visitors to the area. The maximum mini-grant request is $5,000. Mini-grant dollars are to be used 100% on the marketing of events creating awareness and bringing visitors from outside of Escambia County.

Fan Fest Booth Opportunity - Sun Belt Basketball
Pensacola Sports and Visit Pensacola are looking for vendors to participate in the Sun Belt Fan Fest. The event will be on Saturday, March 8, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Pensacola Bay Center. Fan Fest will include local food vendors, spirit performers, basketball hoops, and more! If interested, please complete this form and return via email to Katie Gardocki, katie@pensacolasports.org.

Connect Winter Marketplace
Connect Winter Marketplace in DC is the official meeting place for event professionals. Tia was able to represent Visit Pensacola and had 30 appointments with talented meeting planners looking for the next destination for their corporate, association and incentive events. Great job, Tia!

DEMA Show
Lindsey and Kaya headed west to Las Vegas for DEMA Show (The Diving Equipment & Marketing Association) with the Northwest Florida Beaches coalition to share all the incredible diving opportunities there are in Pensacola, and the Northwest Florida region. They were able to meet and network with experienced divers from all over the world! DEMA Show is the largest trade-only event in the world for diving, travel, and action water sport professionals.

Visit Pensacola Sandbox with Cat Country
Nicole traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to share why Pensacola is The Way to Beach™ in the Cat Country Visit Pensacola Sandbox.

SMART Incentive Meetings
Tia traveled to Phoenix, Arizona for the SMART Incentive Meetings. This is an opportunity to network and connect with meeting planners and groups. She was able to showcase just why Pensacola is so special when it comes to planning your meeting in particular. Awesome work!

Toronto Activation with VISIT FLORIDA
Visit Pensacola, along with other Florida destinations, partnered with VISIT FLORIDA to host an incredible consumer activation at the Distillery Winter Village in Toronto. This Christmas market is ranked as one of the best in the world and draws over 1.25 million visitors annually! Each destination had a colorful food or beverage station that showcased Florida's culinary experiences. We were thrilled to share some of Pensacola's food scene with our Canadian friends.

Atlanta Travel & Adventure Show
Lindsey traveled to Atlanta, Georgia for the Atlanta Travel and Adventure Show. The Travel & Adventure Shows are the industry's premier travel booking and planning events in the US. Consumers can meet with dozens of top destination, tour operators, and travel suppliers from around the world.

Snowbird Hootenanny
Even on the chilliest days, we bring the sunshine wherever we go! Melissa and Jennifer represented Visit Pensacola at the Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce's first Snowbird Hootenanny event at the iconic Flora-Bama.This event series is a great way for us to connect with our winter visitors and share valuable information about the Pensacola Bay Area.Winter visitors significantly contribute to the Pensacola Bay Area's economy by boosting tourism and supporting local businesses during the off-season. We love our winter visitors!

Quarterly Marketing Meeting
The Visit Pensacola Quarterly Marketing update provided an in-depth overview of Visit Pensacola’s FY25 marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives, both domestically and internationally. We are grateful to our community stakeholders and tourism partners who attended to hear about Visit Pensacola's marketing efforts.

International Media Marketplace
Nicole headed to New York City for TravMedia's International Media Marketplace (IMM) 🗽IMM is the leading global networking event connecting the travel industry with editors, journalists, broadcasters, and influencers. Nicole had dozens of one-on-one media appointments to share Pensacola and The Way To Beach™! Great work, Nicole!

NYC Travel and Adventure Show
Visit Pensacola team members Kaya Man and Lindsey Jackson traveled to the Big Apple for the NYC Travel & Adventure Show. Visit Pensacola was a portion of the Northwest Florida Beaches booth. Lindsey also was able to represent Visit Pensacola in the Destination Theater. Great work representing, ladies!
