Our Winter Escape promotion is back! We invite Visit Pensacola Partners to share exclusive deals with visitors during our Winter season each year. Your offers will be included on our website, winter visitor landing page, brochures at the Visitor Information Centers, and accessible through the Winter Escape card.Submit your deal by 10/13/25 for inclusion in the program, which runs 11/1/2025 through 3/1/2026.
There is no charge for partners to participate in this program.
• Winter Escape Cards are distributed at all three Visitor Information Centers: Pensacola, Perdido Key, and Pensacola Beach.
• Visitors can view all participating businesses on the Visit Pensacola website.
ESTO
Visit Pensacola President and CEO Darien Schaefer along with Vice President of Destination Development Nicole Stacey traveled to Phoenix, Arizona for this year's ESTO (Educational Seminar for Tourism Organizations). They spent time networking with industry peers, learning about tourism trends, and learning how to utilize real-world strategies to elevate Escambia County. Nicole Stacey spoke on a panel with Epsilon while at the conference. Great work, team!
Visit FLORIDA Governor’s Conference on Tourism
Several members of the Visit Pensacola team traveled to ChampionsGate, Florida for this year's Visit FLORIDA Governor's Conference on Tourism. The conference brings together tourism professionals from across the state to collaborate, share insights, and explore strategies that continue to position Florida as one of the world's leading destinations.
Meeting Planner FAM
Destination Sales Manager Tia Robbins and Sales and Services Associate Jennifer Saba hosted a familiarization (FAM) tour for meeting planners considering Pensacola for their upcoming conferences and events. The group explored the city’s highlights—from top attractions and unique experiences to local dining favorites—showcasing all that Pensacola has to offer. At Visit Pensacola, FAM tours are designed with a personalized approach, ensuring planners feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to envision their events in our destination. Great work, ladies!
Toronto
Director of Sales and Services Kaya Man attended the Eastern Canada Travel Summit–hosted by the Association of Canadian Travel Agencies and Travel Advisors–to represent Visit Pensacola in the Brand USA booth. She was able to meet with over 60 travel advisors from Toronto, keeping Pensacola at the top of mind and welcoming to our Canadian visitors!
Scuba Queens
Pensacola was the proud host of the Miss Scuba Queen USA 2025 Pageant. Scuba Queen is an organization is dedicated to advancing ocean conservation while promoting advocacy and empowerment for women in scuba diving. The 10 finalists met in Pensacola to participate in ocean conservation workshops, scuba diving experiences, photoshoots, modeling, and the final pageant.The competition came to Pensacola as a result of Visit Pensacola’s outreach at last year’s DEMA Show, the world’s largest trade event for scuba diving, water sports, and dive travel. Congratulations to this year's Scuba Queen, Kimber Collins, who will go on to compete in the Miss Scuba International competition in Malaysia!
