Visit Pensacola’s event marketing mini grants are available for 2025. Annually, Visit Pensacola allocates funds from its budget to a grant program for local groups and organizations that coordinate events with a demonstrated history of visitor impact or the significant potential to draw visitors to the area. The maximum mini-grant request is $5,000. Mini-grant dollars are to be used 100% on the marketing of events creating awareness and bringing visitors from outside of Escambia County.

Pensacola Sports and Visit Pensacola are looking for vendors to participate in the Sun Belt Fan Fest. The event will be on Saturday, March 8, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Pensacola Bay Center. Fan Fest will include local food vendors, spirit performers, basketball hoops, and more! If interested, please complete this form and return via email to Katie Gardocki, katie@pensacolasports.org.
Got an upcoming event? Make sure it gets the attention it deserves! By submitting your event to Visit Pensacola’s calendar, it can also appear on Pensacola Sports and the Downtown Improvement Board’s calendars (if your business is downtown). That’s three times the exposure with just one submission!

Tia and Kaya headed to Ocala, FL, to VISIT FLORIDA's Florida Encounter and Florida Huddle trade shows. It was a busy few days of one-on-one appointments with meeting planners, wholesalers, and other trade professionals, sharing everything Pensacola has to offer and The Way To Beach™ ☀️ Pensacola was well represented, as each attendee was given a Pensacola-branded lanyard. Great work, ladies! 💪
LeaP Economic Day panel discussion on tourism
Visit Pensacola president & CEO Darien Schaefer was invited to participate in Leadership Pensacola's (LeaP) Economic Day panel discussion on tourism. Darien covered how tourism positively impacts Escambia County's economy and was able to answer tourism-related questions from LeaP class members. Thank you, LeaP, for having Visit Pensacola be a part of the panel!

Nicole and Lindsey traveled to Austin, Texas for the Destinations International Marketing and Communications Summit. The summit is the preeminent gathering place of marketing, communications and public relations professionals dedicated to helping destination organizations thrive.
