Please submit a brief 40–50-word description, along with event name, location, sponsoring organization, contact information, hours, location, admission fees (if applicable), and website address.
Please submit an image at least 800x800 pixels wide. Photos cannot include any embedded or superimposed text. Events submitted without an accompanying photo that meets these requirements will NOT be published.
Please note that there is a data publishing process and events will not appear in the calendar immediately. Please allow up to 2-3 business days your submission to be published.
- All entries must be open to the general public
- Events taking place outside of the Pensacola Bay Area will be considered on a case-by-case basis
- If you are a partner and want to list a daily special or sale, please upload it to our coupons page.
This is our opportunity to shine on the variety of experiences we have available in the Pensacola Bay Area. We ask that you submit those events that invite travelers and locals to enjoy the Pensacola community.
