The new Bayview Outdoor Pursuits Center, your go-to resource for exploring Pensacola's great outdoors!

We offer short-term and extended outdoor and watersport equipment rentals to the community at affordable rates. The new Bayview Outdoor Pursuits Center will offer rentals of kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, bikes, camping and backpacking gear, and even hammocks to enjoy Parks and Recreation's 23 acre Bayview Park located on the Beautiful Bayou Texar.

Parks and Recreation's Outdoor Pursuit Adventure Camps are now based out of the Bayview Outdoor Pursuits Center where we'll still host camps for youth, ages 7-16, that are loved by our community like Kayak/SUP, Beginning and Advanced Fishing. Youth won't be the only ones to have fun. Our center will also host backpacking and survival camps for adults 18+, instructional days to learn about how to use specific equipment, and free community events for all ages that focus on outdoor recreation and environmental awareness of Pensacola's natural resources.

Camping is NOT allowed in any City parks or properties. Please used authorized camping areas when renting camping equipment.
