Facility Description

Your unique event deserves a unique space. There is no place better to hold your next special event than the Pensacola Museum of Art, the hub of visual arts in our city. The PMA serves as the perfect spot to host art-centric weddings, special events, and corporate gatherings. Monday-Thursday (5-hour booking): $600 plus tax. Friday-Sunday (8-hour booking): $1,600 plus tax. An additional $250 refundable security deposit is required, as well as liability insurance for the day of your event. The Pensacola Museum of Art can accommodate up to 100 guests for special events. However, the capacity is subject to change depending on the current exhibit. For booking information, please contact our Events Coordinator at historicevents@uwf.edu. Host a Birthday Party: Celebrate your child’s birthday at the PMA! Birthday party rentals include the full use of the Charles W. Lamar Sr. Assembly Room (Gallery 5), crafts guided by an Art Educator, art supplies for up to 16 children, and a PMA Little Artist Gift Bag for the birthday child. You can purchase Little Artist Gift Bags for your child’s birthday guests at $2.50 a bag with two weeks' notice. Packages start at $160.00 for up to 16 children for a period of 1.5 hours.
