Costumes, Contests, Wagons Oh My!

Download and color your ears, wear your best elf outfit, salvage an ugly holiday sweater, or decorate your wagon or stroller: Everyone can show off their creativity at the Elf Parade! During the parade lineup, you can join any contest you like. Santa will announce the winners just before we march, and each winner will lead their section of the parade.

Parking Instructions

Plenty of parking is nearby! The Old Courthouse Parking Garage at 25 W Intendencia Street is on-site, and there are several public lots and lots of free on-street parking close by. Accessible parking is available in the on-site garage at 25 W Intendencia Street. You can reach the Winterfest plazas directly through an arcade on the first floor of the garage, next to the accessible parking spots, via a curb ramp.
