Michelle Jones, Seven Sisters Exhibition Reception
Inspired by Greek mythology and the jungle-like landscape of the Gulf Coast, Michelle Jones presents lush, vividly colored mixed-media landscapes that initially suggest refuge but reveal unease through excess saturation, drips, and encroaching growth- ultimately leading to question whether paradise offers freedom or reflects power, excess, and neglect.
