Presentation: "Endangered Beach Mice in the Southeastern United States"
Join us at our NEW MEETING LOCATION to hear a what will surely be a wonderful presentation by Jordan Wingate.
Jordan works as the Environmental Program Manager for Escambia County. Currently, she runs the sea turtle program for Escambia County, monitors beach mice, and helps to manage the barrier lighting ordinances that heavily impact our turtles and beach mice.
She has worked with beach mice in the panhandle since 2020.
She has a passion for marine biology and coastal wildlife, and enjoys sharing her love for the environment with the public.
We'll have door prizes, refreshments, and a fun evening of learning a new location, socializing and reconnecting after our summer break.
