Known as Argentina’s first female enologist and widely regarded as the Queen of Torrontés, Susana Balbo has shaped the country’s modern wine identity with precision, creativity, and a deep respect for high‑altitude terroir.

For this special evening, we’ll be joined by Christian, a representative for Susana Balbo Wines, who will guide you through the stories, regions, and winemaking philosophies behind the lineup. 

His insight and behind‑the‑scenes knowledge will add an extra layer of depth to this experience.
