The Global Corner's Annual Explorers' Luncheon and Silent Auction

On May 20, The Global Corner will host its annual Explorers’ Luncheon and Silent Auction to raise funds and awareness for our in-school Passport Program which brings the world to classrooms in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.

All proceeds from the auction will enable The Global Corner to continue offering our Passport Program in area schools. This unique educational opportunity gives elementary school students a chance to learn about the geography, languages, and cultures of the world – and helps foster understanding, empathy and civility in the hearts and minds of each child.

Founded in 2007, The Global Corner has provided for our community’s young people more than 105,000 virtual adventures to Japan, Spain, Egypt, Brazil, Russia, India, Italy, Kenya, Australia, China, Argentina, Canada, Germany, Israel, the Philippines, Mexico, Greece and this year: Morocco.
