Witness history in the making! Visit Pensacola invites you to Seville Quarter for a special LIVE Watch Party as the legendary SS United States makes her final voyage to become the world's largest artificial reef!
The historic 990-foot ocean liner, which set the transatlantic speed record in 1952, will be deployed approximately 22 nautical miles off the Destin-Fort Walton Beach coast and 29 miles off the Pensacola coast, creating an incredible new underwater destination for divers, marine life, and Gulf Coast tourism.
Join us at 9 AM to tune in to live coverage of this once-in-a-lifetime maritime event, with deployment operations scheduled to begin around 10 AM.
Come for the history, stay for lunch! Seville Quarter will be serving great food and refreshing beverages throughout the celebration. Grab a seat, enjoy the excitement, and stick around for a delicious lunch with friends!
