The Grinch has decided that it’s time for him to move on. Christmas is so last December, anyway. Out with the old and in with the new, as the Grinch debuts his new holiday—Grinchmas—this November in downtown Pensacola, on Gallery Night!

Want to Make the Naughty List?

The Grinch will receive a grand escort to Winterfest, generously provided by the City of Whoville and her begrudging taxpayers. Unlike Santa who delivers presents on Christmas Eve, the Grinch is expecting everyone to lineup along the procession route and bring him presents instead!

An Unceremonious Ceremony

As the parade ends, the Grinch will arrive at the front steps of the Winterfest Plaza to a reception unlike any other. There will be outrageous songs, silly speeches, and a few surprise guests.

Come Honor the Grinch Inside of You

When it comes to the meaning of his new holiday, the Grinch says, “Is this mostly about honoring myself? 100%—but I’d like to think that a very small part of this event is about honoring the Grinch inside of all of us, or at least that’s what my publicist wants me to say.”
