Refresh your spirit and your Sunday routine! Join us for Zen & Zinnias, a beginner-friendly yoga session designed to help you breathe, stretch, and unwind in the best company possible—our adoptable cafe cats.

Led by favorite local instructor Emily Haines, this gentle class is all about mindful movement and lighthearted fun. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a total newcomer, Emily makes every pose approachable, while our feline friends provide the perfect "playful interruptions."

Parking Instructions

Parking: Our parking lot is limited to 5 spaces. If you are able to carpool or condense vehicles, please do so. There is additional street parking all along W Garden. In addition there is public parking at the bus stop on the corner of our block, N I St & W Garden.
