Visit Pensacola Grants

Visit Pensacola allocates funds from its annual budget to a grant program for local groups and organizations that coordinate events or visitor experiences with a demonstrated history of visitor impact or significant potential to draw visitors to the area.


 

Grant & Application Information

Visit Pensacola is now accepting event grant applications for events taking place October 1, 2019 - April 30, 2020. The deadline for accepting grant applications is Noon on Friday, June 21st.

We will host Event Grant Workshops on Thursday, May 16th at 10 a.m. and Monday, May 20th at 2 p.m. in the conference room of Pensacola Sports, 101 W. Main Street. Due to limited space, you are asked to RSVP to bwilliams@visitpensacola.com. You are encouraged to attend one of the workshops as attendees receive additional points during the scoring process if you attend.

The Grant Committee will meet on Tuesday, July 30th at 2:00 p.m., and on Wednesday, July 31st at 2:00 p.m. (if needed) in the UWF Historic Trust Bowden Building (1st Floor). 

You may apply for a mini-grant at any time if you are seeking funds less than $5,000. Please contact Nicole Stacey nstacey@visitpensacola.com with any questions.
