Pensacola, Fla. – The America’s First Settlement (A1S) Trail Urban Adventure is slated to take place August 12, between 9 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. to celebrate Pensacola’s 464th birthday.
Facilitated through Gogames, registrants and groups will be given a tiered start time and three hours to complete a game that explores the America’s First Settlement Trail, solves puzzles, and tests knowledge of Pensacola’s history. Tickets are $10 for individual registration or $25 for corporate teams of up to 10 people.
“This is a great event to get families, friends, and corporate teams out exploring America’s First Settlement to celebrate our founding,” said Michael Carro, America’s First Settlement Trail Foundation President. “We’re excited to offer cash prizes and incentives to make things even more fun.”
Participants will check-in and start the game in front of the Pensacola Museum of History at 330 S Jefferson Street. Registrants will be given tiered start times from 9-10 a.m. Awards will be distributed from 12-1:30 p.m. at Voices of Pensacola. The top individual winner will receive a $250 cash prize and the top team will receive a $500 tab at a bar or restaurant along the trail in downtown Pensacola.
