Pensacola’s Attractions Offer Fun and Thrills

Other museum excursions in the city include a downtown art museum, a children’s museum, a historic village and even a lighthouse and museum where visitors can climb to the top for spectacular views from Pensacola Naval Air Station.

For the thrill-seeking families, Pensacola offers an amusement park as well as many beach attractions ranging from Jet Ski rentals to dolphin tours to parasailing.

The city’s parks range from coastal settings teeming with wildlife in the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Big Lagoon State Park to the quiet woodland area on the Edward Ball Nature Trail and Tarkiln Bayou Preserve State Park.
