Where to Snorkel in the Pensacola Bay Area

Our warm emerald water makes the beaches of Pensacola the perfect place to snorkel. With water temperatures ranging from the mid-80s in summer to the mid-60s in winter, when visibility is generally at its best, snorkeling is always in season. There are currently snorkeling reefs on Perdido Key and Pensacola Beach.

The snorkeling reef on Perdido Key is artificial reef located at the public beach area off Sandy Key Drive. This reef is located 500 ft. off shore.
