Welcome Bag Request Guidelines
Welcome bags are provided exclusively for out-of-town visitors and are funded through Tourist Development Tax (TDT) dollars. As such, all requests must comply with applicable Florida Tourist Development Tax (TDT) Act, Florida Statute 125.0104, and guidelines.
Requests must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the event to be considered. The number of welcome bags requested must align with the total number of confirmed rooms booked within Escambia County accommodations.
To proceed with approval, all required accommodation details must be completed in full at the time of submission. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions will not advance for review and may be denied. Visit Pensacola reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the outlined requirements or TDT eligibility criteria. Allow up to 36 hours for an approval.
