Services to Be Provided to Visit Pensacola:
The Primary object of this RFP is to select the most qualified and experienced professional research and analytics firm that can accurately profile Pensacola (Escambia County) visitors and their visitation statistics throughout the year, to aid in the management of marketing and promotional services so they are more advantageous and efficient in enabling Visit Pensacola to accomplish its mission of increasing the net positive impacts of tourism on the local economy.
Services include:
- Visitor Tracking Reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
- Event Impact Studies
- Market Perception Study
- Local Understanding of the Value of Tourism
- Ad Hoc Analysis and Reporting
- In-Destination Presentations and Meetings

Proposal Timeline:
Questions should be directed to Darien Schaefer, President & CEO, at dschaefer@visitpensacola.com or Nicole Stacey, VP of Destination Development, at nstacey@visitpensacola.com on or before November 28, 2025.
All proposals must be received by 3pm CST, December 15, 2025, to be eligible for consideration. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted or reviewed.
The selected agency will be announced after Visit Pensacola board approval on December 17, 2025.
Terms and Conditions:
- By submitting a proposal, it is agreed that all or portions of the proposal contents may become a part of a contract if accepted.
- Visit Pensacola, Inc. reserves the right to negotiate the award and conditions before entering into a written agreement.
- This contract will be on a three-year term with the option to renew for two one-year terms.
