The Visit Pensacola “Love Letter to Pensacola” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on 05.13.2026 and ends on 06.30.2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (“CT”) (“Sweepstakes Period”).

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Visit Pensacola, 1401 E. Gregory Street, Pensacola, FL 32502 (“Sponsor”).

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-five (25) years of age at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, participating promotional partners, advertising agencies, and any entities involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. Immediate family members include spouses, parents, siblings, children, and household members.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter by completing the official entry form located on VisitPensacola.com and submitting an original “Love Letter to Pensacola” essay of no more than 500 words describing why Pensacola is meaningful to them.

Participants may also optionally submit a photo related to their Pensacola experience.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries from the same person may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, or illegible entries.

ENTRY CONTENT

Guidelines: Submitted letters and photos must be the original work of the entrant and may not contain unlawful, defamatory, offensive, obscene, or infringing material. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any submission deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand standards.

By submitting an entry, entrant represents and warrants that they own or control all rights to the submitted content.

USE OF SUBMITTED CONTENT

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Visit Pensacola a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and promote submitted letters, photos, names, likenesses, hometowns, and related content in any media or marketing materials without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Selected entries may be featured on Visit Pensacola’s website, social media channels, email marketing, advertising, public relations materials, or other promotional efforts.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about 7.4.2026.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Sponsor is not responsible for emails that are blocked, filtered, or otherwise not received by the entrant.

The selected winner must respond within five (5) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding any prize.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive a Pensacola getaway prize package that may include lodging, dining gift cards, attraction admissions, experiences, and promotional items provided by Visit Pensacola and participating partners.

Prize package components may include, but are not limited to:

• Lodging provided by Hilton Pensacola Beach

• Dining gift cards and experiences from participating Pensacola area restaurants and businesses

• Attraction and activity passes including cruises, charters, museums, and tours

• Gift basket and merchandise items

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2500.

Travel to and from Pensacola is NOT included and is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize partners, experiences, availability, and specific prize components are subject to change without notice. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value.

Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, likeness, hometown, submitted content, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating partners, promotional agencies, and their respective officers, employees, directors, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, website failures, internet interruptions, or other errors that may affect entry submission or Sweepstakes administration.

DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in a state or federal court located in Escambia County, Florida.

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Visit Pensacola’s privacy policy available at VisitPensacola.com.
