Cinemas in the Sand: Hoppers

• Friday, September 11: “Hoppers” –  In Pixar’s inventive comedy adventure, technology allows humans to temporarily inhabit robotic animal bodies, opening the door to exciting discoveries, and plenty of chaos. When one curious character pushes the limits of the system, the result is a wild, funny, and heartfelt exploration of empathy, identity, and seeing the world through someone else’s perspective.

Presented by the Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA), this beloved tradition invites locals and visitors alike to gather under the stars, feel the sand between their toes, and enjoy timeless movie classics against the breathtaking backdrop of the Gulf of America.

All movies are free to the public and will start at sunset on a giant outdoor movie screen in front of the Gulfside Pavilion stage, weather permitting.
