"Dinner and an Aria" at Jackson's Steakhouse

For the seventeenth consecutive year, Jackson’s is proud to partner once again with the Pensacola Opera to present “Dinner and an Aria” on Thursday, February 5, at Jackson’s Steakhouse.

Pensacola Opera’s Jan Miller Studio Artists program continues to provide training and performance experience for young opera professionals. In residence here in Pensacola January through March, these artists perform roles on the main stage and appear in numerous educational and community outreach programs — as well as perform at Jackson’s!

Join us as these remarkable young singers perform some light opera and musical theatre pieces you’re sure to recognize. Opera newcomers and enthusiasts alike will enjoy! The 2026 artists are Denique Isaac (soprano), Christine Boddicker (mezzo-soprano), Xiaojie Ji (tenor), Jason Edelstein (baritone) with Marine Eckert accompanying on the piano.

There will be two seatings for this event: 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. In addition to our full dinner menu, which will be available for the evening, Chef’s Irv Miller and Jeremiah Taylor have prepared a special feature; braised short rib, pan jus, roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted snip-top carrots.
