On Pensacola Beach, formerly known as Margaritaville Beach Hotel, the newly-renovated Pensacola Beach Resort reopened its doors in summer 2023. The renovated property also features a new restaurant – Windrose, and a vibrant beach bar, while maintaining beloved resort elements. Pensacola also recently welcomed Innisfree Hotels’ latest property, Fairfield Inn & Suites Pensacola Beach, offering spacious rooms with picturesque views of the Gulf’s emerald green waters just steps away from the sugar-white sand. The beachside addition also offers a healthy mix of delicious, fresh and free breakfast options for guests.
Known for endless innovative culinary experiences, visitors can enjoy their pick of fresh, new dining options including Pearl & Horn, which will open a new, larger space in downtown Pensacola this fall. Nestled into the edge of Pensacola’s Historic Downtown district, the expanded location will offer more seating, a freshly shucked oyster and seafood bar, an outdoor dining area, and more. Recently opened in August 2023, the Salty Pearl Raw Bar marries fresh seafood with innovative culinary techniques. Vinyl Music Hall’s new food venture, Proper Burger, recently opened on Pensacola’s iconic Palafox St. and offers patrons craveable smash burgers and fries.
