Pensacola Community Aligns to Launch America’s First Settlement Trail; Media Invited for First Look on June 1

Pensacola, FL – To celebrate and educate on the history of America’s First Settlement, Pensacola community leaders have partnered to build and launch the America’s 1st
Settlement Trail.

America’s 1st Settlement Trail
, nicknamed the A1S Trail, is a three-mile pedestrian trail outlining the nation’s history through a series of stops throughout downtown Pensacola. Members of the media are invited to preview a first look at the trail ahead of the official launch on Pensacola’s 462 birthday on August 14.

When: Wednesday, June 1, 2022

What: Members of the media are invited to join the founding members of America’s First Settlement Trail for a look at the project and what’s to come for the public unveiling on August 14.
