How Do I Earn points

You can earn points by validating your visit at a location via GPS verification and a code provided by the business.

How Are Prizes Redeemed

Prizes must be picked up at the Pensacola Visitor's Center. 1401 E. Gregory St, Pensacola, FL 32502. Show the personnel working at the front desk, they will verify completion. The prize will be given at that time.

I am not able to check in at a location by GPS Validation. How can I get credit for this visit?

Manual check-ins can be applied by contacting our support team. Our team typically requests a picture taken at the location and the date of your visit to validate a manual check-in. Please note that visits made before ordering the pass are not eligible for a manual check-in.

When do my points expire?

Point expirations vary by pass and are shown on the Rewards tab. You will have until that date to use your points to redeem prizes.

Do other people need to sign up for their own pass or can we all use mine?

Each pass is associated with an individual user until the pass’s expiration date. An active pass is accessed by typing in your e-mail address. If you have friends who want to participate, you can encourage them to sign up for the pass themselves. Then, you can all visit locations, earn points, and redeem prizes together as you check in on your own passport.
