The Sun Belt Conference

The Sun Belt Conference basketball tournament will be played in Pensacola, FL on March 5-8, 2021 marking the beginning of NCAA March Madness. The 12 men’s and women’s Sun Belt teams be competing at the Pensacola Bay Center and Pensacola State Community College. Pensacola will serve as home to the Sun Belt Conference basketball tournament through the 2024-25 season.


Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster and at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office. There are a few promotional deals only available at the Pensacola Bay Center Box Office. Military discount of 50% off a ticket per ID. Buy one, get one free (BOGO) tickets for kids ages 12 and under on Saturday and Sunday! $5 tickets are available for groups of 10 or more. The group promotion rate does not include box office fees and is only available in advance at the box office or call 850-432-0800 ext. 223.

Sun Belt Travel Deals

The health and safety of Sun Belt Conference (SBC) attendees, student-athletes, coaches, and staff is of the utmost importance to the SBC team and to that of the city of Pensacola. As Visit Pensacola and the SBC staff finalize their plans for this year's conference tournament, all precautions possible will be taken into account to ensure that the health of Conference-goers will be kept top of mind, including the institution of COVID-safe protocols at the Pensacola Bay Center and associated events that the SBC COVID-19 Advisory Panel will oversee. The SBC and Visit Pensacola will continue to monitor developments surrounding COVID-19 leading up to the March events and will fully cooperate with any instructions heeded for Escambia County by local and state officials and the CDC. Visit Pensacola, and the Sun Belt Conference looks forward to hosting the first of many conference basketball championships in Pensacola and to providing fun and safe events as part of their five-year partnership.
